Privacy Policy
How page requests, language selection, search and email contact work on dng-marketing.de.
Effective 16 October 2026. This notice describes the functions of the static information website at dng-marketing.de. Questions about the website can be sent to support@dng-marketing.de.
Page requests
When your browser requests pages and files, the hosting provider receives technical connection data such as your IP address, the requested path and browser information. Server logging and retention depend on the hosting configuration in use. This website does not state a universal retention period for those provider records.
Images, styles and scripts are delivered as local website files. There are no embedded advertising pixels, analytics programs, social feeds or remotely loaded fonts. External resources use ordinary links; opening one brings you to a website with its own practices.
Automatic language selection
When you open the neutral entry address, the browser first checks whether you have manually selected German or English before. If no choice is stored, it requests https://ipwho.is/?fields=success,country_code from the third-party IPWHOIS service. That provider receives your public IP address and ordinary connection data. The requested response fields are limited to success status and country code.
Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein lead to the German homepage. Other or unknown countries, a failed request or a response taking more than five seconds lead to the English homepage. An IP region does not establish which language an individual speaks. The website does not persist the returned country code.
An explicitly German or English page address does not trigger this lookup or an automatic language change. You can therefore open a language version directly. Further information about the service is available in the IPWHOIS privacy policy.
Remembered choice and search
Clicking a language link stores only your selected language in browser local storage under dng-language. It remains until you change the selection or clear the website's stored data. If storage is unavailable, the link still works, but the preference cannot be remembered on your next neutral entry. The application does not set cookies.
Article search runs in the browser. Search terms, topic filters and page numbers may appear in the URL and travel with a copied link. A newly requested URL may also appear in hosting logs. Do not enter confidential information in the search field.
Email and changes
If you contact the site by email, the email services involved process your address and message. Information in the message may be used to understand and respond to the issue described. The website contains no contact form, newsletter subscription or customer account.
This notice needs updating if new data processing, services or features are introduced. Send questions about the functions described here to the contact address above.
